Wojciech W. GASPARSKI, Professor of Humanities, Dr. Sc., Director and founder of the Business Ethics Centre (a joint unit of Kozminski University & Polish Academy of Sciences Institute of Philosophy and Sociology). Immediate past vice rector for research of the Kozminski University. Professor emeritus of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Polish Academy of Sciences (PAS) where he chaired the Academic Board and headed the Department of Praxiology as well as the Research Group for Ethics in Business and the Economy. His publications on human action theory (praxiology), business ethics, methodology, science studies, and systems theory. are numerous.

Anna Lewicka-Strzałecka Ph.D. is a Professor at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, Poland. Her primary research interests include praxiology, practical philosophy, science of science and business ethics. She published several books and almost a hundred articles and conference papers.  She is a founder and vice-chairman of EBEN Poland.
Prof. Lewicka-Strzałecka has participated in several research projects.

Boleslaw Rok, PhD. Associate Professor at Business Ethics Centre, Kozminski University, Warsaw. Founder of the Responsible Business Forum (2000), a membership organization working with some 40 companies in Poland, affiliated to CSR Europe. Member of the CSR expert group at the European Commission, Enterprise and Industry Directorate-General (2003-2007). Co-founder of Caux Round Table Poland. Co-founder of European Business Ethics Network Poland.

Dariusz Bak, PhD of Humanities (history of philosophy). PhD Thesis – “The Elements of the social philosophy of Henri Bergson” (Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University, Warsaw 2004).

Iwona Kuraszko, PhD in Political Science, is an Associate Professor at Business Ethics Centre, Kozminski Universiy and Warsaw University – Department of Journalism and Political Science. Author of publications and reports on Corporate Responsibility and social communication, author of several articles in business press.
